The UGT-E4-NH3 ammonia gas detection sensor is a constant potential electrolytic sensor. Ammonia and oxygen undergo corresponding oxidation-reduction reactions on the working electrode and the counter electrode, respectively, and release charges to form a current. The magnitude of the generated current is proportional to the concentration of ammonia. By testing the current, the concentration of ammonia can be determined.
